Shipping & Refund Poilcy

SHIPPING POLICY

All products sold on the Vapes N Things website https://vapesnthings.net will be shipped through the USPS postal service with required and appropriate tracking provided to each customer with their purchase order. All Shipping will be facilitated with 2-3 day ground shipping by the USPA postal service. 

REFUND POLICY

All legitimate and age verified online sales are final at Vapes N Things https://vapesnthings.net website. Considering that most of our products are consumed or smoked, we are not permitted to accept or reimburse customers on partially eaten or consumed products due to safety and health reasons. ALL LEGITIMATE SALES ARE FINAL.

The only consideration for refund that can be made, will be on a case-by-case basis: if a customer purchased an order accidentally and the packaging was not opened, then we can allow for the customer to send back their unopened product, with the customer responsible for the shipping expense return cost. Once received and inspected by our staff, determining that the product was never opened and still retains its original packaging unsealed, Vapes N Things will then initiate a full refund. This request must be made within 14 days after receiving the product. Any products attempted to be returned after 14 days will not be accepted. No Exceptions.
